Winner, winner

The most recent update did the trick--I haven't had a problem of any sort. Kudos to the developer for being so responsive and quick to find a fix.

I use this app everyday. It's simple and impossible to get distracted by (with the update), which is ideal if you're easily side-tracked like me. It's also way more customizable than some of the other apps I looked at.

I'm going to leave my original review to draw attention to the developer's attentiveness. Increased from 4 stars to 5.

**Original**

This is a simple and effective app that does what I want it to.

Most of the time.

The most recent update has fixed the crazy end-of-cycle bug that previous reviews mentioned for about 50% of the time. Completing a cycle now induces the equal parts of panic and adrenaline of a game of roulette--rather than the previous sense of impending doom. It's not a totally catastrophic bug anymore, just quite annoying.

It seems, however, that the most recent update wrecked havoc on the haptic feedback tap marking each focus/break transition. It's the primary reason I chose this time tracker over others. My hope is that the developer, who seems fairly responsive to reviews, can rectify the haptic bug quickly.

Bearing in mind the unfortunate haptic hiccup of the most recent update (and the moderate success of the other bug's fix), I nevertheless recommend this app to folks looking for an efficient, customizable tool for time management.

Best Pomodoro-style app for Watch

I've tried several pomodoro apps that work with Apple Watch, and this is the best one I've found. It surprised me how stable it runs, and I like how the countdown is designed. It's pleasing to use overall. Cheers to the developer(s).

Beta testers?!

The latest app update calls us beta testers?! That would have been nice to know before *paying to purchase*.

Little functionality on phone, needs a watch to be useful.

Please check out the new update, and let us know!

Really like the Apple Watch integration.

I since founds lots of pomodoro Apps that support Apple Watch, but none but one have a complication support. Also all their haptic feedback is not working well.

The May 22 update was supposed to have fixed the craziness at the end of a cycle. I have not been able to test this because just like another reviewer (21m21) I don't get any haptic feedback any more. So at this point the app is not working for me.

PREVIOUS REVIEW:
This is the first Pomodoro app I found that has Apple Watch integration which is a huge plus because notifications on the phone are not always reliable. When listening to music in my work computer I miss iPhone notifications entirely. The Watch works well.

Why only 3 stars? On March 10 a user reported a bug with the Watch app going crazy after completing a set. The developer promised a fix in the next update. I just bought the app today having seen that there was an update. Alas, it is still not fixed.

Glitchy but promising

I have been using this app for a while and have really liked integrating it into my workflow. In the past two weeks the haptic notification has been unreliable and skips between the different cycles without signaling me. Once this issue is resolved it gets a 5 star rating from me.

Update: the most recent update has resolved these issues

Hi, I appreciate the support! As an indie dev, it can be tough getting the bugs worked out as fast as a full blown software co. But, hopefully this latest update fixes it for you - please let me know if you have further issues contact@silofocus.com

Looks good, but Watch haptics rather buggy

Very nicely designed app, and does what it is meant to. Doesn't record partially completed sets, but that I think is a valid design decision.

Unfortunately I ran into several issues with haptics on the watch. Initially, it wasn't tapping to notify me of break time. A reinstall fixed that, but just now opened it on the watch and got multiple taps - as if they had been stalled in a queue.

I'll give it a couple of revisions and the. Try again - app has a lot of promise, once they work the kinks out of the watch app could well be exactly what I need.

Hi, and thanks for the compliments on the design! Regarding that queue issue, it is a known bug that occurs when tapping the Skip To function from a Notification. I'm working on a fix. Hope you reconsider this review and give it another shot.

Watch app has problems. Please fix

I was loving the app but out of nowhere the app on the watch is going crazy. It starts counting 'time completed' and there's no way to stop it. Had to delete from my watch. Please fix it app is flawless otherwise

Like the App but watch tweaks out

I bought this app yesterday and have found out that if you go througb a full cycle on your watch it freaks out and starts vibrating and telling you how many hours you've worked today. Please fix cause it's annoying

Haptic Not Working

The haptic touch does not go off when the timer finishes for each interval. Poor.

Response from developer

Hi, are you still having trouble here? This is an old review from when the app was very new. Give it another go eh?
