It would be nice if it’s fixed.
It would be nice if clicking “start” from the widget starts the timer instead of taking us to the app and start the timer which is slow and sometimes it doesn’t start or most of the time it doesn’t show the countdown but if we pressed start again then it will start running and stop the timer few seconds after we exit the app.
A couple of times I exited the app after seeing the timer running after the second press within the app which caused it to stop the timer and miss my countdown.
Also the Lock Screen widget on iOS 18, goes blank after the countdown starts.Show lessDush Fernando
Simple, minimal, effective.
Great pomodoro timer. The interface / graphics are minimal but I actually quite appreciate this quality—less distractions, less “shiny things”, less novelty in other words, are vastly important and hugely under-estimated means to simply begin tasks… starting the work is, for myself, half the battle. Thus I appreciate that this app has little to no frills, while maintaining core functionality aspects to simply navigate through tasks: tagging and grouping tasks by tag is something I would find challenging to go without, so I appreciate this feature quite a lot.
The fact I have been using this app for nearly all of my work—household, office, school, projects—since downloading it over a week ago is exceptionally rare for me. That alone speaks volumes. The novelty thing (“Oohh shiny!!”) is quite a crappy procrastination-distraction habitual behavior, and one which is EXCEPTIONALLY challenging to break. Yet here I am, writing this review, another rarity. Indeed, it has only been a week. However, exceptionally few productivity-oriented apps “make it” past day-2 or day-3 for me—yet this one has made it to day-7 (almost day-8!!)… that is HUGE.
This is truly a nice app. Happy I gave it a try, for sure…if my “struggle” resonates at all—it may be quite helpful for you as well!Show lessLizzard1029

I love this app. It allows you to select daily pomodoro targets, keep track of different task categories, and even customize the length of breaks. Awesome! The only feature I wish this app had was the ability to adjust the number of pomodoro units depending on the task. For example, my pomodoro daily target for test prep might be 7, but my daily target for meditation is only 1 to 2. Currently, there doesn't seem to be a way to assign different pomodoro targets to different tasks, and pomodoro units completed in one task category will appear in all categories. But, these points don't diminish this app's value to me at all. The pomodoro method is amazing, and this app has made it so easy to get a lot more done. Thank you, BeFocused!Show lessotgirl
