This game is fun but I have a problem with 2 things... When I played this game back in 2017 it was phenomenal but when I played back then the dresses were so detailed and looked exactly like the picture as it did on the girl now the dresses just look ugly on the characters and aren’t color matched or detailed like the picture no sparkles like they used to be no fine detail on any design and it honestly makes me not wanna play anymore because the dresses and accessories are the things I used to like most about the game and now it’s just disappointing. The second problem I have is with a purchase I made with purchasing gems I perched 1.99 worth of gems and it went through but I didn’t get my gems and I’m disappointed.. overall I guess it’s just not as fun as I remember it being with all the excitement I used to get when I got a new dress now it’s just disappointing when i put the dress on and it looks like someone from kindergarten made it .. :(
I’ve been playing this game for quite a while and it’s different on each device I have which makes it unfair, certain things are a rip-off with it, I bought gems but won’t do that anymore because they charge you moves to use a card and they switched that at one point and quit charging a move but then they gave you less moves at the beginning of a dance which was not good either. They tell me to hang in there but I’m losing patience with this game really quickly. Think I’ll be deleting it there is a lot of other games to spend money on other than this one star game.
I love this game and love the show , it makes me feel like I am actually on the show, can you add a thing where you can have a girl pro dancers and male pro dancers to choose from for free instead of gems and have all of the contestants have a different partner instead of Alonzo for everyone , more cut scenes during the live show and maybe a red carpet show or change the game all together and make it where it’s a point and tap game in the world living the life you could choose from living life of the pro dancer or the celebrity contestant in their life !
So far the only good thing I have noticed about the update is when the “timer bombs” go off you only lose 5 instead of it clearing that color out. My biggest complaint, however, is why they did away with the feature that allowed you to use a dance move/color to help you. Now when you click on them, they do nothing to the puzzle. When there are multiple of the same color in practice or double in a row in rehearsal it is nearly impossible because they don’t give you enough of that color. I have admittedly played this game way too much (multiple weekly winner), however I am going to cut way back and may even stop. The game isn’t as much fun anymore. 😞
Edit: They brought back the color helping you in the puzzle, however, they also brought back them counting against your moves for the round. Ugh.
I’ve been playing this game since December. Have been adequately addicted. That is before the latest update. Where when you click on the collected dance card (color gem) and there was no gems cleared from the board. The high gem counts, especially in dance rehearsal are already hard to meet. But now the one advantage is gone. I haven’t played a live show yet, but I suspect I would receive low scores from the judges because of there is very little to help clear the required number of gems.
Unfortunately I will have to either deal with the lack luster scores or stop playing the game entirely because the element of fun by trying to win the week is now gone.
Also what happened to Glitter?
I don’t know if I had a glitch for a while or if they were trying something new, but on the LAST update it didn’t use a move when I was playing a move. It made playing the game more enjoyable and reaching goals/earning stars a lot easier. On this new valentines update that feature is gone and the game has become a lot more hard and less fun. I love this game, and have been playing religiously since October, but change it back please.
I’ve been playing this since March of last year and up until this current update, it was amazing. I feel like we lost 5 moves in the practice rounds and went to 10 now. It’s already hard enough to get 3 stars but this is crazy. Give us 15 moves in practice please. I also can’t stand that they slowed the game down when you make your move now. It use to be faster but now it’s sort of annoying. I really wish they would also let you “bank” the colored gems even if you have one ready to go. They also need to give out random accessories as well as the dresses so we can get some without spending outrageous purple gems for them. I’ll keep playing and hope the creators see this, but if something isn’t done in the next update, you just may lose and fan and I’m already and 3x Mirror Ball Champion.
I downloaded the game when it first came out and, admittedly, did not start playing until a few weeks ago.
I like the music, but I’d prefer to be able to play WITH the music and WITHOUT the sound effects...yet there is nowhere I can find in the settings to adjust game volume or mute the sound effects.
All my other games have this feature so this is a big disappointment for me.
I just spent $3.99 on gems and they never registered to my game. Also when ever I level up and earn gems on dance moves, tells me I won 20 gems then when I get back to the main screen I’m always 10-15 gems short. Game is fun and addicting but this is BULL that I’m not receiving the prizes that I’m clearly spending money on. I also think that you should just win dresses in the prize box from Sonia. They should make it so u can also win shoes jewelry, and other wardrobe items especially bc they cost soooo many gems. I like spending my gems on the live shows to increase my rank not on the wardrobe. So this is a big down fall. Think I’m gonna delete the game since it has just eaten up my wallet and not gaining anything from it.
This is BULL I just leveled up n got awarded gems, said my total was 130 got back to the home screen and I have 110. Where are my other 20 gems?????

Thank you so much.The game starts out being fun until you figure out you’re not going to get very good scores or ratings unless you spend real money. There is no skill involved unless you count the “Match three” portion and even that is questionable. The things that increase your scores are new dresses, shoes, makeup, jewelry, etc. but aside from the free dresses you get everything else costs diamonds which quickly run out. So I think I will be deleting this game because it’s not that much fun if you can’t progress.
