Needs serious attention
Barely works. Most of the time I can not even see my balance and there is a standard error message that one should call. This is not addressed since several years now. Even worse for the credit card than it is for the debit, here the balance is usually shown as zero and you risk a late payment report plus a fee. If this wouldn’t be my oldest account I had already changed the bank.Show lessCMG 115
App Issues
This app used to be reliable and fairly easy to use, however, within the past year the app has become unreliable and at points inaccessible!!
Sure you can use their website for online banking but it’s cumbersome and not easy to use in a pinch!

There’s no point in downloading this app
I haven’t been able to log in using the app for a week. What’s the point? Sometimes even the website takes a few tries to get my transaction history loaded. Ridiculous online banking system. Chose a smaller bank and sacrificed Zelle not being built in, customer service is only open business hours/days, which I accepted. But come on, online banking isn’t even reliable? Very frustrating. Abri, invest in your mobile app. A ton of customers use their mobile device for bills and purchases, it’s vital in this day and age to have a functioning app available.Show lessFreakyflyy
