Cannot get Journal to export to email. I have sent several messages with no response. I attempted to get a refund but cannot submit request. All it will do is transfer me to the developer which is all in Chinese. No help.

I pay for this journal app and have been journaling with it for years. My phone died, or broke, and I lost years of valuable, precious journal entries.

So helpful for my husband’s mild dementia! I have pictures and tags for him and he can access by himself on his iPad.

Yeah, I'm hardly gonna PAY to unlock fonts that are already part of my device and then just back-up my entries to email!
I mean... seriously? How about giving me something for my money?! Such as a proper iCloud service with sync, a few unique handwriting fonts that would liven things up a bit and some original back-ground designs? Maybe then I'd be willing to pay a small subscription. It's a shame, cos this App has potential but the developer obviously can't be bothered!
