Can’t make it trip just by movement.
Trying to make it work for motion detector only (when not charging). I activated the motion access, set the alarm to loud, watched the motion timer count down from 5, so assumed it was activated, locked phone with side button, BUT motion didn’t sound the alarm when I moved it a couple minutes later. When I then unlocked the phone, the still-open app motion screen of the app appeared, the alarm sounded. Turning it off worked exactly as you had said. Assume I’m doing something wrong on iPhone 8+ with up to date ios, but I don’t know what. How do I set motion detection alarm only (not charging) so it sounds upon initial movement when screen is locked but your app is open in the background? Thanks!Show lessDC596
I wanted an app to alarm
An app to alarm me when the probe is charged past 80% and this app doesn’t appear to do it.
I wanted to just ask for a refund without commenting and would love to remove this review… but I can’t find an option to request a refund, therefore others deserve to know this can be a deal breaker since the app is paid : (Show lessHJK_V01
Problems with motion sensor
Great application but if you could review the motion sensor part as it is not seem to be working ... for iphone 12 mini ..droopysnoopy

Thanks for feedback. What is the problem with the Motion Sensor? I just tried it on a iphone 12 Mini and it works fine. It might be that you have your motion sensor set to off. Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Motion & Fitness -> toogle the switch next to iSafeCharge to ON. There should come a popup as well when it is set to off.Great app

Tap on Motion Sensor Function and it did not have any response(countdown of 5secs did not display).
IP XR with IOS 13.6.1
Reset the motion and fitness, deleted and reinstalled. Works fine, although there is no question or pop up when using the "motion sensor" function the first time.Dgas123

Ok. I have tried it on a IP XR and it works fine. Try first to go to Settings -> then Privacy -> then to Motion & Fitness - and see if the motion function is turned off. If this does not work. Delete and reinstall. When you push the Motion button the first time, you should get a question about the Motion Function. You should actually get a popup even when it is turned off. Please give me feedback again. 🙏🏼Great app!

The Volume can’t be cut off.

I did everything but throw my phone against the wall.
As far as hackers, etc., never been one.
For me, I was very happy to get the app because it appeared to be something I’d enjoy having, but the very loud alarm was annoying.

*Update* Then my recommendation is that you either ask somebody to show you how to close an app. If you are close to an Apple Store or any store that sells smartphones - they would be happy to show you. Youtube is also a good place. I will take your feeback seriously and we will have a video on our website shortly to show how you close the app. Hope this will help you 🙏🏼 That is the whole idea with the app - really annoyi ng for the thief, and in the instructions for the app it tells you that you have to close the app to turn it off. Would be quite easy if there was a Off button and you forget to lock your phone. So anyway - to turn off the alarm - you have to close the app - by either double click on the Home button, then swipe the miniature up to close the app. Or if you have a newer iphone - you swipe up slightly from the bottom and stop midway - and do the same thing. That is how you by definition close an app. That is pretty good to now for all users since it also might save a lot of battery time. When I tried this, it worked fine. But, the volume of the alarm was too loud (it put the alarm volume at max). I am mainly using this app just to alert me if my cable stops charging my phone for some random reason. I don’t necessarily need the volume to be at max volume every single time. If this app allowed me to change the volume of the alarm, I would give the app 5/5.Show lessDo chi

Even if it is meant to be an easy and quick anti-theft app, you have a good point. I will definitely consider it next time. Not very hard to do - maybe just a slider or a couple of buttons to set the volume. Thanks for feedback - means a lot 👌🏽Good Safety app
