  • Best workout tracking app

    I used close to 20 different apps but this one is definitely the best. Free version lets you use everything, and upgrading for unlimited workouts is cheap enough. Definitely check this out.
  • Very happy with this app.

    I have been looking for a workout tracker and log app for a long time and was always disappointed with the choices out there. This app is very much what I was looking for. It allows me to make workouts from scratch, arrange exercises any way I want, and build as many different workouts as I want. The graphing feature is good and it shows my last workout right next to my current workout. It lets me add sets and change weights in the middle of a running workout. It has dozens of exercises to build a workout with and it allows you to put in any exercise you want. The free version only lasted two workouts before I had to buy the updates, but it was well worth it. I have been using it for a few weeks and haven't had any restrictions on performance. I give five stars because it is better than any other app I've tried. Very satisfied.

  • Good app for workout planning

    I think this app is great! I can choose from a long list of exercises and create workout plans then record the exercises as I complete them. I have a couple of suggestions for the app (sorry if they're already available, can't find them!)
    1. Helpful to provide a diagram or video of how to do each exercise
    2. Would be helpful if you could search for the exercises based on body parts, e.g. Search for legs and it brings up all the available exercises that work leg muscles.

    Easy to use and have not found a movement that is not on their list. Fully recommend for keeping track of your max effort and dynamic workouts
