Great concept but there are concerns the company’s poor customer support is a reflection of its financial health. It appears the company is no longer updating its software or answering the phone. I suspect the company is on its last legs. it could be an orphaned product. Before you buy the product call the company and try to reach a live person. Calls go unanswered and to voicemail. If you call you will get a standard 2-3 minute wait time before being sent to voicemail. There are tons of complaints on social media. I advise consumers to review them before purchasing and avoid this dead companyShow lessBuyer Beware!!
Customer Service does not exist. They do not answer phone or email. They sent me a defective camera and do not respond to my emails. There is no way to contact them at all.Liars!
3 years, still no remote control or indoor accessory. DO NOT BUY THIS EVER!
