    Great concept but there are concerns the company’s poor customer support is a reflection of its financial health. It appears the company is no longer updating its software or answering the phone. I suspect the company is on its last legs. it could be an orphaned product. Before you buy the product call the company and try to reach a live person. Calls go unanswered and to voicemail. If you call you will get a standard 2-3 minute wait time before being sent to voicemail. There are tons of complaints on social media. I advise consumers to review them before purchasing and avoid this dead company

  • Buyer Beware!!

    Customer Service does not exist. They do not answer phone or email. They sent me a defective camera and do not respond to my emails. There is no way to contact them at all.

    3 years, still no remote control or indoor accessory. DO NOT BUY THIS EVER!
  • Stole Our money

    We Purchased a Camera from these CLOWNS 🤡.It didn’t work out so we got an rma and sent it back they signed for it and WILL NOT SEND US OUR MONEY DONT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES
  • Expensive Waste

    My daughter plays softball & this would be perfect, if it worked more than once! Keep getting a rainbow screen just like the old days of our broadcast is over for the day.
    Very annoying especially given how much money we spent & cant get anyone to respond or on the phone.

    Don’t spend your money unless you want to give it away and get nothing in return!
  • Zero None Zilch Customer Service

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SOLOSHOT. There is no customer service, they have shutdown all of their social media, and they at behaving like they are going to stay in business just long enough to sell out their existing inventory. After waiting two years to finally get my camera, it doesn’t work and there is no one you can talk to.

  • Total lack of customer support !

    I emailed Soloshot several times. Still no response. If you buy this system you will be on your own using it. The manual basically tells you what the buttons are but not how to use them. The Soloshot3 app is totally useless except for posting videos online. No remote control just viewing. I wondered why everyone that I spoke with about this system was unhappy with it. Now I know why. You buy it and you are on your own. Hold off buying it. Someone else will come out with a similar system soon. If they provide customer support that will be it for Soloshot.
