Painful
Camera seems good but I strictly use it for indoor ice hockey training purposes. We have two days left in 2018 and still no indoor accessory. Can’t even remotely control camera via phone or tablet app. Hopefully Soloshot hasn’t just taken their money/profits and run - stopped development. Someone needs to buy company and get this product right. I’ve contacted Soloshot today 12-29-18 at 340PM Eastern time. I will post the response when I get one, if I get one.Show lessfat2na23
Great Camera - Useless App
While the camera works great, and shoots great quality video, the app is useless. How could the creators of this product NOT give you the capability to view your own videos that are stored on the SD card while the card is still in the camera? I shouldn’t have to take the card in and out every time I shoot video of players on the pitch. Super frustrating. Get it figure out!! You have dozens of negative reviews from frustrated buyers. Disappointed/overrated
My iphone fastened to a post has better quality.
You must access the internet to figure how to set it up as mine didn’t come with ANY printed instructions. Allow several weeks of self orientation to figure it all out so you don’t miss your big event.
The GPS is iffy. Sometimes it works and sometimes not.
Bottom line - overrated and not worth the $$ nor the time; disappointing if the GPS is weak and you miss videoing your event!Show lessudonotgetit
Okay, but could be great
We just got out SoloShot3 and are figuring it out. We’re using it to film our sons playing baseball. I REALLY would like to see some ability to control the camera from the app... especially the recording functions. Not all subjects wearing the tag (in our case 17 & 14yrs old baseball players) have the luxury of time to worry about the recording... and it’s not always easy to stay right by the camera to turn the recording on/off.Show lessJ. Need To add Manual Control of Camera within App
The camera is great. The app is okay. I need to be able to control the camera in manual setting remotely from the app; zoom in and out, pause, record, etc.Nut pizza rocks

Product continues to get better and better. The app is going to blow up once Soloshot allows people to upload to the app rather than just livestream to itsoloshot 4
Live streaming is awesome
I love the simplicity of this app. Live streaming and watching other Livestreams is really cool. My family can watch my activities from anywhere in the world, they get notified when I go liveKiteboardingfun
From the road you won’t miss a play
I travel for business and miss out on many family activities. Games, Daughter riding lessons basically everything. The Soloshot app lets me watch livestream video and when I am at the game I can share with grandparents. It’s worth the investment . Download the Soloshot app and go argue with a ref or a coach.
