Great support, nice features
The new FT8 mode inside the app is great. The support is fantastic and the developer is very responsive to feedback and bug reports. While extra features are paid upgrades, they are very worth it.
Now i wait for the FT8 mode on my iPhone. :)dannyquist

SmartSDR for IOS is a Must Have app for the jam on the go. Using SSDR for IOS and my Flex 6600 allows me to have ability to operate on HF when I am not in front of the radio.
Very intuitive to use and the online manual is thorough and well written.
Anyone with an IOS device and a Flex 6000 series radio should get this app.
I was recently hospitalized and SSDR for IOS allowed me to get on and operate HF, and helped pass time.

Almost perfect
I love this app and it works well. I only wish that the app also supported encode and decode of some basic digital modes like Olivia, PSK31 and RTTY. I would happily pay for the additional capabilities.Bell X-1

Be advised, this app is absolutely useless until you spend $60 to unlock it. You can’t even test it out first.ikarrous
Best App for Ham Rsdio
I’ve been using this app since It was first brought iout. I have used it to remote operate my flex 6700 from many countries around in the world
Is truly amazing to be able to remotely control my ham radio station in California by either my iPhone or my iPad. It looks awesome on the iPad Pro.
I specially like the fact that It has alternate color schemes so that my poor old eyes can actually see the meters. And I specially like the fact that it has DX spots on the display. Spots on the display really speed up my workflow when trying to find DX

Go-To App for FlexRadio
SmartSDR for iOS is not only a great implementation of the SmartSDR style program but adds great features. I use the in-App purchases of the Logbook, Band Plan and DX Cluster with great success.
Using the software has made it easy to work my station when traveling, adding to my ham radio experience.
The developer makes his App users feel like “old friends” when supporting them through online forums. That sure adds to the positive experience.

Excellent remote operating option for Flex-6000 radios
This is a excellent program with very similar look and feel of the main SSDR for Windows program. In some ways it is even better.
Several add-on programs offer logging, DC Cluster, Spots on the Panadapter, and alternative rig control with other devices.
It works very well on your LAN via WiFi.
It also works seamlessly via the WAN using the SmartLink system pioneered by FlexRadio.
If have an iPhone or iPad, you need this app whether you operate from the den, backyard, or across the country!
