Puts me to sleep every time!
I’ve used Arthur V’s Yoga Nidra: Ajna Chakra recording as a sleep aid probably hundreds of times now and I think I’ve only stayed awake through the whole thing a handful of times. It’s very relaxing and calming and distracts my anxious mind by making me present in the moment. It eases me into a good night sleep or a refreshing nap. My mom listens to the recording whenever she wants a pick-me-up in her day and it gives her a lot more energy. I am forever grateful to Arthur V!

Waste of money
I purchased 4 tracks. Highly disappointed they were the same just with a male and female voice. Waste of money and should be clearly laid out.
The only professional well designed app
I have tried quite a few yoga nidra apps and can tell this is the only professionally designed app with professional voices which are clear and pleasant. Its the only app I am using now.

I do not need someone to change my life. I just need to let others in my universe know they need to leave me meditate. The easiest way to convey this is to suggest (something like), “I bought an app ... leave me alone.”
And it works. I like the two voice option for the free relaxation session. I learned a few things using the counting technique, something that I have not been anxious to accept in my practice. And it addresses outside sounds. A good technique.

Not good
Not relaxing at all , the pauses with no background white Noises are startling when he speaks again. Goes through the relaxation at the speed of light. Not at all relaxing

This is one of my favorite apps to use when relaxing. I recommend this for anyone who is a beginner to practicing meditation and mindfulness. It’s also great for those who need like guided meditations.
