Lack of response
Once I’m logged in to the app, it is hard to get past the menu. Global access and currency work but the other menu items cause the app to close. Thank goodness I have the phone numbers in my contacts, if needed. Seems the app still has some bugs for iPhone users.Bos30
Minimal functionality
This app doesn’t even allow users to add their membership card to the Apple Wallet. In fact, the membership card appears in the app turned in landscape mode, which makes it difficult to read.
App does not facilitate FaceID login.

Horrible
Look this is supposed to be an emergency service and the primary means of using it does not even work? How reliable is that? Application crashes immediately upon loading.
Will be canceling services as these guys don’t take what they offer to do seriously enough to use it!smelly rag

Easy to use
Easy app to use that accompanies my EA+ membership. I can take my digital card on the go with me and there is one-click access to call the emergency line if I need EA+. I can also click to call the numbers on the back of the card in case I need to just call customer service when I don’t have an emergency.Show lessHookedfish1111
It's 2021 and the Application is still CRAP!
The application crashes when trying to edit or update any Emergency information. The developers are idiots that know nothing about their application! They claim that using IOS updates and changing your settings and permissions will solve their piss poor application problem!! Completely useless!eraufly

Needs a lot of work and updating
Not real useable yet. Could not edit my emergency contact in app. Probably need to reformat my contact so app lists the number of three choices I have. All it does is store card and membership number and some embassies but did not bother to check if ingot is accurate would probably do this prior to travelingShow lessbuzzstone
