UPDATE: After an update of the APP I was able to log in successfully. Apparently there were bug issues that needed fixing. I am still docking one star because I tried to contact the company multiple times about this not working and they failed to respond.
Unable to log into account or reset password. Will not let me try to create a new account either. All attempts to log into account have failed. No response from customer service. Very frustrated that I can’t use the APP with my vacation coming up.
