Such a cool app! I downloaded it after parking in LA and it made everything so easy. My favorite part was being able to chat with someone live on the app when I had questions. I hope more paid parking structures use Pied.

I am a frequent visitor to USC medical Center. I had a question regarding parking and a notification I had gotten to make an appointment for parking today. I reached out and had helpful feedback from Jan at Pied Piper which alleviated my stress related to parking today. Grateful for this app which makes getting in and out of the facility so much easier.

Time saver!!!!!
Pied has made parking so much easier, I don't have to wait in lines to get out of the parking garage it's been a game changer--I work in hospitals and wish it was in every one to help save time when we are in a rush. No more lost tickets fees either🙌🙌

Very nice application used it for Keck USC visiting my family. It was the first hospital I didn’t have to fight with parking. It read my plate perfectly and I didn’t have to struggle or wait in line. Thanks Pied people
