It won’t let me sign up :(
I love Shawn with my whole heart. But I can’t get the app because it keeps saying that I need to reset the password and that they sent an email but I didn’t get an email. Anyways I hope you guys fix this problem. I’m giving it five stars because it’s Shawn and I love Shawn so much.😂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love that shawn has an app for his fans but I am unable to access the shawn shop and it’s rly annoying
Shawnshop not loading...
I have tried over and over for the last month to open the shawnshop and every time it just shows a black screen. I am using the app on a iPhone 7 Plus. Does anyone else have this issue? I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
THIS APP IS AMAZING
SOMo this app is amazing something that could be better is for daily challenges that would be so cool. Another feature and i don’t know if I’m the only one but the shop doesn’t work. But besides that it’s a amazing app.💖💖

i click on the shop button to try and look at merch and nothing shows up. someone please fix this bc his merch is literally amazing. otherwise,such a great app!
Not working for SM3
I’m using the app for Shawn’s ongoing tour but I can’t access the store, daily challenges or my items - it says either coming soon or just doesn’t load. Is this app for the most recent tour or is there another I can get which works? However, I can see all of the tour dates and have access to the twitter feed.

the shawn shop doesn’t work,, it shows up blank for me. and i understand that you guys are SUPER busy, but maybe posting a bit more. like insider stuff that you have to have the app to see;) Xx
A problem getting me stressed😕
So... I really want this app but it’s not working. Every time I try to sign up it tells me that I need to reset my password and that it will send me and email but I check and waited for so long and it never worked😔BUT I honestly cannot give Shawn’s app a bad rate I guess, so yeah I don’t think it’s his fault although I would really like to enjoy this app.
