hello i am a student and every time i login it says “so sorry an error has occured, try again” immediately and returns me to the login screen. otherwise an okay app i guess?

The idea behind Gradelink is great. However, it’s the most ridiculously frustrating app I’ve ever used. Every time I try to login, it doesn’t work. I’ve been locked out several times and no one seems to be able to resolve the problem. I’ve contacted support and made sure it wasn’t an error on my part. I had the password changed more than once and I still have the same problem. Do yourself a favor and don’t EVER use this worthless app for your school.

Not working with iPhone X
I have used Gradelink to track my kids school work but since the new update I can not swap between children on the iPhone X because the tab is not accessible in the upper section of the phone. The tab actually sits behind the battery logo now which makes by it impossible to access. Please fix this issue.

Tired of losing info with updates
I think it’s a great app but every time you have an update it loses all my settings and log in Information. Why can’t you fix it so that when you do an update it remembers my info?
Login not working
Hi I’ve been using Gradelink for almost 2 years now and every time I try to login it says it’s wrong when it’s not
Login isn’t working?
So I am a student and I rely I on Gradelink so I can no my test scores in advance. I noticed that every maybe five times that I use Gradelink my login information disappears from its slot, even if I check the remember me login. If this is an issue in the app, it would be great if you could fix it as soon as possible.

Pretty good
I originally complained about this app, although the developer has been very responsive to my issues and seems to have fixed everything. Right now running smooth, great to access to my child’s grades and homework etc.
Good start but needs work
I like that I can see my children’s grades but I find the app very slow. When changing between the 2 grade pages it’s very slow and I can’t tell who’s grades I’m looking at. Also when setting up alerts the “apply to all classes” doesn’t work for me. I have to assign alerts per subject for both children.
Hopefully there will be an update to address these issues

Great to use the mobile app
I am happy to be able to use a mobile app, but I am hoping that the mobile app gets a bit of an update to the interface.
2 students using Gradelinks
I am new to Gradelinks, however I wish I could log both students in and pick which student I would like to look up without logging in and out every time. If there is away to do this please inform me.
