Works fine except for the phone number listed in the app- goes through to Windermere office and the person on the other end of the line seems to get annoyed with having to transfer me over. Maybe you should list both Kendal and Windermere numbers?KendalianCanuck
Doesn’t accept bookings
Not sure why you get text messages to try the app when the app refuses to take bookings. Just says not accepting bookings and you have have to do manually. Everybody agrees it doesn’t work but nobody seems to know when it will work that you talk to.NDD-1970

Would be helpful if they put on what time you ordered the taxi once you have booked it because I have a tendency to forget.pengun17
