Reviews of GraphCalcPro2Go

  • Bugs 😭

I’m trying to graph xcube - xsquared - 8x - (-7). It deletes the whole equation every time I press 8x. You also can’t close parentheses for some reason. Looks like I can’t avoid spending another $100 on a calculator ☹️

    Developer Response

To enter 8x, you must enter 8 times x. 8x is not a concatenation or shortcut recognized by  GraphCalcPro, or many other graphing calculators. You do not need to enter the parentheses around -7, the plus minus operator merely changes the sign of the operand; with the negative sign, it is still treated as a single operand that does not require enclosure in parentheses. Parentheses are only needed to to enclose two operands and a binary operator (like plus) or a single operand and unary operator (like sin). Give it another try, and save the $!
  • Okay but...

This is a good free calculator that can graph but the problem is that it only works with monomials and binomials and any polynomial above 2 doesn’t work. It tends to pretend to perform an operation after two nominal seven if there are variables (which kinda doesn’t make sense)

    Developer Response

Polynomials of any degree can be entered and graphed, using the xʸ key. For example, in Standard mode, you can enter "5 times x xʸ 3 plus x x² minus x plus 2 =" to enter and graph 5x³ + x² - x + 2
  • Outstanding and useful App!

Was able to calculate the drop of the 300 win mag and graph the projectile from the deer stand. The #2 constant was handy at Rudy's too.
