With this update we bring enhanced security and a new look to CPOMS Authenticator! The core functionality remains but we are now giving you a greater insight and more control over access to your CPOMS accounts. What has been added: - A complete redesign of the entire application. - The ability to view information about individual logins to your CPOMS account. This includes the rough location, time and device used to log into your account. This will help you identify potentially fraudulent access of your account. - Alongside the ability to approve a login, you can now deny them. This will immediately invalidate the session associated with the login and log the user out. - View your history of logins. - Copy the TOTP to your device clipboard by tapping on it.

  • Why still not fixed?

    I have to delete and reinstall every single day - can only get one or two uses out of it before it freezes. This is completely unacceptable for a safeguarding app - having to delete and reinstall in a child protection meeting in front of social workers and police was utterly ridiculous. I have contacted CPOMS several times and they have done nothing.

  • Obviously don’t care!

    Despite all the reviews about the need to delete reinstall this app, it is still a problem. If I had my chance again I would not have bought in CPOMs.

    When opened to authenticate does not load. Constantly have to close app and reopen. Just such a poor functionality
