Why still not fixed?
I have to delete and reinstall every single day - can only get one or two uses out of it before it freezes. This is completely unacceptable for a safeguarding app - having to delete and reinstall in a child protection meeting in front of social workers and police was utterly ridiculous. I have contacted CPOMS several times and they have done nothing.Show less*London_Gyal*
Obviously don’t care!
Despite all the reviews about the need to delete reinstall this app, it is still a problem. If I had my chance again I would not have bought in CPOMs.MLH2024

Unfortunately, virtually every time I go to elevate my access using the app, it doesn’t work and I have to delete it and re-download it.ESJ50

Constantly have to delete and re install same as everyone else on here so please update the app to fix this. There are plenty of authenticator apps out there that work so I’m sure someone can work out how to sort this.Yraeg

Doesn’t work
This app only seems to work when I reload it, then I get about 2 or 3 successful attempts before it crashes again. Very frustrating.Maisy76

Every time I go to the Authenticator on my phone it doesn’t give me the password and I have to download it again from the AppStore. Nobody has been able to sort it. Wasting lots of valuable time.Micky Mashmeister
