It never works with the camera and the camera has been glitchy since we got it will replace the first chance I get not worth the time or effort
Promising software but with issues
I like what it aims to do when paired with my 3D camera. Problem is it fails to transfer large files via wifi and lacks a browse feature allowing you to play from any where. Tried contacting support with no answer.
360 Experience Video
The app itself appears to work well to view photos/videos but it cannot store a video to the iPhone photo album at all. It either crashes or does nothing. With this particular feature not working I'm forced to use another device to transfer videos - very inconvenient.
It is kinda pointless
I bought my new 360 camera and couldn't wait to record some videos and put them on YouTube or Facebook. Unfortunately on my iPhone 6S plus the app crashes every time I try to download from the camera. There's no way to import the files if I copy them using a micro sd card reader either. My iPad Pro is able to run the app without crashing. Brilliant! But then I discovered that once you download the video all you can do is view it on the screen. No sharing options. Pointless.
Developers: please make the app stable on iPhones, maybe give an option to load the file from the camera roll and give the option to share. You've made a decent start but this app is in no way ready for public release as it's not finished.
Edit: the app is still pointless as you can't share BUT I worked out why it force closes. It crashes every time I get a notification so by turning airplane mode on then enabling wifi and connecting to the camera I can't get notifications. That made the app usable for me in a way although I can't do anything with the files once they're downloaded still.

Doesn't work
Says not compatible. No answers from factory either.
Can't share video with anyone.
Definitely need option to share video on social media. What's the point of having it if you can't share it .
This app works only on iPhone 6s Plus!!
This is a great app as I use it, but the ONLY bad thing about this app is that once you use a 360 player you can see the black lines on the video once you use it. What software can I use to edit and remove the black lines???
Useless app
Just says my iPhone 6s is not supported so don't wast ya time
Cannot download to phone
Unable to download any videos to my phone. Being able to change the settings and replay videos is great but really missing the feature mentioned above.
Still no reply
Am I wasting my time trying to get an answer about my camera not being supported by this App, or will somebody actually send a reply and also try and rectify this issue?
