Horrible
I want to stab my ears and eyes every time I have to deal with this app and company. It is as if a 4 year old designed and programmed it. The website is 1,000,000 times worse. I am considering opening up a support group for everyone that has to deal with this company.
Mileage erased
This frequently happens when I submit mileage it somehow does not store the record and I receive notification that I have not reported mileage.

App is normally good
After the name change app has been a bit wonky. Not it won’t load at all on my phone. I tried deleting and reinstalling and still won’t load. Please fix so I can get my car serviced.
Login Redundancy Issues
This app will not remember your information even if you allow it too. Won’t remember your phone number, your email, your password. You’ll have to login like it’s your first time everytime. This would be okay if you used it often but I just use it once a month and my brain can’t remember so I must default to reset the password every time locking my account to then have to call Holman every time. Also no phone number posted anywhere on the first screen so the first 3 support call numbers I found were simply wrong.

Monthly mileage basic math
If I’m entering ending odo mileage every month why can’t your app do the math since this is entered in the app every month? I’m using a cellphone app because I want it to be convenient but if I still have figure out monthly total mileage this isn’t convenient. Also you can’t see what you’re writing when giving a review which just sad on developers part.

Companies terms of service are abhorrent. Basically one gives up most of your civil rights to your employer ,right to a jury trial, your fourth amendment rights. Right to sue unless you live in California where there are a few protections. Basically this fascistic app. was made a condition of employment for me so I had the choice to sign their terms of service or lose my job. Temporarily chose to sign. I would highly reevaluate any company that use this app it would make Kim Jong-un proud.

Logging in is extremely painful
I use this app as part of my company’s fleet maintenance. I log in at least once per month. Every time I opt in for facial recognition. But every month without fail I have to re log in with my full credentials. Started keeping a cheat sheet in my truck because I was wasting so much time with this app. Tell me how secure is that??
