Every time I try to use the face recognition it still makes me enter a password, after accepting my face recognition. What is the point of the face recognition? When I trade in my fleet vehicle, it still asked me to submit mileage for my old vehicle for the next 3 months. 9 months later now and my old fleet vehicle still shows up on my dashboard, even though it says it has been sold.Show lessDeveloper Response

The app sends out notifications for maintenance prevention. To me that should make the service visit very easy as element is telling you what the car needs. In my past two service visits there has been long waits to get approvals to begin the work and also work that is listed on the notification not being approved. Trying to reach the maintenance team for element is also a problem. You can speak with a administration, but they liaison with the maintenance team. Bottom line, dealing with Element is difficult and frustrating.Show lessPassword renew
It’s ridiculous we have to renew our passwords so many times and so quick. We don’t work for the NSA or CIA. It makes it way too cumbersome to simply put in monthly mileage when you also have to come up with a new password…and one you haven’t used in the past 5 times. Hi Password renewal, sorry you are having troubles. This app doesn't mandate you change your password so often. We suggest saving it to your device or mobile browser such as Chrome so you don't need to remember or re-enter it.
