Poor

This app is so poor and difficult to access. It just freezes. Or says safari couldn’t connect. And that’s it
Uba needs to shut the app down and use something else

Am disappointed

Not receiving message to my registered number to set up the app . It’s kind of low that after many years UBA can’t give the best experience

Red screen only

I have repeatedly tried using this app without success. I just reinstalled for the 8th time after several months hoping for a change . Unfortunately it’s still broken. It shows only red screen without buttons or other widgets. Please fix

Absolute washout! Won’t open on my iPhone when I download it!

Countless times I have tried to download it to my iPhone, and when I do, and open it, it is just a dead-end blank red color I get!
