Very unprofessional and pathetic customer service
I scheduled for 3:30-4:30pm but I didn’t get call until 5pm and then the Dunzo guy not able to find my address. I wasted 20mins to guide him. My address is very straight and simple. The guy came without any bag and no weighing machine. This was unacceptable and customer service people blabbering about me when I called them coupe of time about the driver phone number. This was truly an unprofessional and bad customer support. I finally cancelled the order.

Doesnt let you update the phone country code during registration.
And it's defaulted to the US +1.
