  • Needs improvement but still good

Some of the things glitch when you “break up” with someone it still says in a relationship or if you divorce. Also I died by a tornado but it says “died survived by a tornado at age 29” think that needs fixing.
I think there needs to be more exciting and different options in there and to be able to live past 78 but still a fun game to play time to time

  • subtly moving

Not many games are capable of reminding us of the shortness and preciousness of life. This is one of them - not through a single play but through repeated plays, which let you begin to understand how many lives are mostly similar, because of the natural constraints time puts on us. This game, played repeatedly, is reassuring in some ways, troubling in others. It’s not a masterpiece or anything but it’s a fine piece of work.

  • Good for what it is.

This game is a pleasant little game that involves random decisions that somewhat rely on the stats that you have built. It’s a neat idea to assure that no two playthroughs are the same.

But lets be honest. There should be a few choices in life that aren’t random. The choice to go to college. What type of career to delve into. My first ever character had high athleticism. My first thought is “okay cool. I will focus on that and become a professional Athlete of some sort.” Only to learn that the only job offer she would receive would be desk clerk. A sad place for someone who highly favored activity instead of leisure.

Again. It’s great for what it does. Making no two play throughs the same. Some harder then others. But while life is indeed random and unpredictable, I would like to believe there is some control to education and careers. 4/5

  • Ratings don't matter much

What you do doesn't seem to matter much. I just had a life with almost maxed out intelligence, beauty, wealth and charisma and he lost his job at 41 and never got another one. Also going to college for something doesn't matter either. My law degree guy only got a social worker job off. Only get this if you just want to watch stuff with little input

  • Good game with a few issues

Very enjoyable game to play when you’re relaxing or watching TV.
There are a few things that have been bothering me, though:
From time to time, your partner will break up with you, even if you’re married. You’re not getting divorced, though, and that one notification is simply ignored.
I’d like to see a luck stat, which affects getting into accidents, losing your job or getting sick.
It would also be very cool to have a stat which indicates how morally “good” or “bad” your character is. I realize that that might be a bit difficult considering that many options are controversial but it would add to the game nonetheless.

Apart from this, $1 well spent!

  • Looks Nice; But Random and Boring

Exact same stuff happens life after life. Tap Tap Tap. No real control over your life choices, either.
  • Amazing Game

This game includes hours of fun and enjoyable moments. It is very unique and extraordinary.
  • Has so much potential

I’ve never written a review but in my opinion this app has to ability make you think critically about your own life and the lives of people around you.

You can look at systematic disadvantages of genders/races/income level of parents of which you were born. Then you play as those people allowing you to empathizing with them.

Unfortunately. Is there actually a market of people who would play something like this?
I’m not sure. But I think if you merge game design and blend it in well enough with your social goals you can make a difference.

  • You were in an accident...

...but nothing happens. Life choices seem to only affect 1 year of your life. They are never referenced again. Every child I have seems to have a baby at 14 years old because I am offered to play with grandchildren 14 years after having kids myself.

    TL;DR
This is a game of “Would you rather” with a random score handed out in the end.

  • Pointless

I thought the idea was cool so decided to give it a try....but all it is, is swiping left or right to choose between to generic options. Options constantly repeated when starting new life. Quite boring, a waste of money, and a let down.
