Complex and unreasonable return process
On 26 May 2024, my mother received an order and has decided to return it (due to size) and the item was in perfectly good condition and return in its original package. The request which was made on 28 May (within the 7 days policy) however it was rejected on the basis that the box was slightly ribbed which is entirely unacceptable as the MumzWorld box goes through shipping and is not received in a perfect condition to start with. In addition, I trust that this box is easily replaceable as this is just the company box and not the product box.
I’m happy to attach a picture of the requested return box which is much better condition that boxes that I first received from Mumzworld.
I will STOP shopping from Mumzworld again just because of their complex and unreasonable return policy as you can easily fund most of the items on other website with much better and easier return policies.
I would also file an official complaint to the Consumer Protection and Ministry of Commerce as this is considered commercial fraud.

Love the website but too many bugs in app
Latest app bug shows “cartId must be string cartId should not be empty”
It’s frustrating because now I have to find other places to purchase the things I need when on my phone, since I can’t even add items to my basket.

Awful customer service
Horrendous customer service. I ordered two expensive items, only one was delivered. The customer service person I spoke to was so rude, condescending and unhelpful. Issue still not resolved. I have lost trust in this company.
Awful app
The app has many errors as well as the company too. Did baby registry and ended up receiving same items from different people, which not supposed to happen as bought item by someone automatically supposed to be unavailable for another person. What was the point to share this baby registry with my friends so I ended up receiving the same items twice or triple times.
When raised the issue it took me 1 month to finally let someone to pick up doubled items however promised money for those items never received.

It’s been over 10 days without any solution for the fact that they sent a damaged item and can’t help with either refunding it or fixing it .. mentioned the fact that I’m travelling and still no solution … worst ever customer service… make sure to order things that if they are damaged it’s done … even if you report it as soon as possible less than 24 from receiving it still no one will help

Best selection of products but terrible software
I use this for all my pregnancy and baby shopping because they have a great assortment of products and brands. However, I constantly face problems with both the website and the app. Particularly the wishlist functionality and shopping cart. Buying what I need when I need it is regularly a mess due to this. I don’t experience glitches like this on any comparable UAE e commerce site like Namshi, Ounass, etc. Mumzworld really needs to step up their platform with regard to their never ending IT issues and often less than satisfactory customer service about it.

Deleting App
Deeply disappointed with my recent experience using this app. Imagine placing an order, only to have it cancelled right at the scheduled delivery time. The reason provided was that the order "did not pass quality inspection." This incident has left me questioning the reliability of all items available through this service.
What perplexes me even more is the decision to wait until the last minute to cancel the order. It shows a lack of proper planning and consideration for the customer's time and expectations.
Regrettably, I have no choice but to delete this app and seek an alternative that prioritizes consistency and customer satisfaction.
