  • Doesn’t Work

    There is no text box to enter the purpose of the payment and it won’t let you move on until you select the purpose. The app is useless.
  • Sign in

    When I open the app a pop up welcome screen displays with a n important message. The entire message does not display and I can’t exit. The app is non-functional.
  • PLC

    Constantly asks for a PLC at login. Doesn’t allow VA copays to be made. Deleted it.
  • Do not waste your time.

    Trying to pay Middlesex County as there is an option to select Middlesex County but a error comes up with no way to get around it, so if you are trying to Pay Middlesex County just go to the website instead of this worthless app!

    Hello. There are a number of Middlesex Counties across the country. If you're not finding what you're looking for, it is likely that they're not signed up with us, or if they are, do not currently use our mobile option.   • Deceptive Website

    Please, this site is not pay.gov for loan payment. Do not enter your sba password here. When you click forgot password, you will notice it ask for email and enter your new password- scam!

  • Says DECLINED

    This app used to work well. Last month and again this month, it repeatedly claims my payment is declined ( tried multiple cards AND contacted my bank to check that cards were not having issues). In the beginning it would not calculate service fee, once I updated my account and PLC information the service fee was added but was still declining my payment options. I was able to pay at the website without issue. Please fix this. I’m always worried that the payments gonna go in twice. obviously this is a concern with mini users.

    Worthless app says declined every time why don’t you ppl fix it?

There are many reasons why you could get a declined response but we're working on an update to hopefully help clear up the specific reason for our users.   • Doesn’t Work

    Apple please delete this app from the App Store since it doesn’t work! Downloaded it and gave all my information just for it to keep declining and saying it couldn’t process my card!

    Hello Mckowenty. Apologies for the trouble. The decline you're experiencing could be for a few different reasons. We are working on a major update to help with this, and clarify what may be going on with the issuing sides of the various institutions when that happens. Definitely frustrating and we're sorry for any inconvenience.
  • Does not work

    Every time I try to make a payment it says declined because it’s not adding the service fee.
