Trying to pay Middlesex County as there is an option to select Middlesex County but a error comes up with no way to get around it, so if you are trying to Pay Middlesex County just go to the website instead of this worthless app!me6888

If you're not finding what you're looking for, it is likely that they're not signed up with us, or if they are, do not currently use our mobile option. Says DECLINED
This app used to work well. Last month and again this month, it repeatedly claims my payment is declined ( tried multiple cards AND contacted my bank to check that cards were not having issues). In the beginning it would not calculate service fee, once I updated my account and PLC information the service fee was added but was still declining my payment options. I was able to pay at the website without issue. Please fix this. I’m always worried that the payments gonna go in twice. obviously this is a concern with mini users.Show lessOHDANIGIRL1970

Apple please delete this app from the App Store since it doesn’t work! Downloaded it and gave all my information just for it to keep declining and saying it couldn’t process my card!Mckowenty

Hello Mckowenty. Apologies for the trouble. The decline you're experiencing could be for a few different reasons. We are working on a major update to help with this, and clarify what may be going on with the issuing sides of the various institutions when that happens.
