    App either works perfectly and allows you to use Face ID to login or it just flat out doesn’t work at all. It’s just really frustrating when it doesn’t work but it’s not all bad relatively easy to use otherwise.

    Almost every time I try to use the app, for the past few weeks it says “App error” Before that it worked fine. The app is up to date, my iOS is up to date so I honestly don’t understand why it’s acting up. The only time I can get it to work is if I shut my phone off for several minutes, I shouldn’t have to do that! The people at the bank don’t seem to know how to fix it so I’m hoping the developer of the app will respond and HELP me! It’s very frustrating, I’ve been with 1st Source since I moved here, 1990, and I’ve never had a problem
    Update:
    I’ve used this app for years and I have been with 1st Source Bank for 23 years and have never had a problem with the app or bank.
    But, for the past seven months the app has been crap! Several times a week I try to use the app and a get a pop up notice saying the app is unavailable right now, try later.I then call the bank to see if the app is actually down and they say no, it’s working fine. I explain the situation and they tell me to reinstall the app, check for updates on my phone, etc. I do all of this and STILL get same message.
    I honestly don’t know what’s going on but I am so frustrated that I might switch banks, because there are times that I need to know what my balance is and which monthly bills have come through. If things don’t change I WILL switch banks. 1st source really needs to do better!
