I have been banking with Teachers credit union for over twenty years and the quality of service and customer care has dramatically declined.
ATMs randomly lock out your card then message about fraud alert. This has happened at my local ATM three times. So if you want your money when you want it. Don’t bank here.
Also, there is a service fee for a minimum balance, so if you are poor they take your money. My average checking balance has been $400+ and $3,200 in savings and I was fined $6. Not a big deal but $72 a year for underwhelming service. Take your money any where else. Your mattress won’t steal your money!
