I have been a member for over 20 plus years. I have had great customer service in my interactions with customers service representatives in person or phone. My needs have been met and in conversations you would have thought I known that person for some time. There is an issue when you upgrade your phones that needs to be addressed. I upgraded to 15 pro. Gave my Son the 13 pro.
The app will not recognized my phone and me using it if I am not on my home WiFi. This needs to be fixed. He still has my zim card inside his phone. My phone has none. Any ideas how to fix it?Show lessDeveloper Response

This app is way too ambiguous if you want to do anything like paying on a credit card. Why is paying a Credit Card paying my loan, as opposed to CC. If the card is paid off then there is no loan. Also, when/where can I see the history of scheduled payments without making a payment on a Credit card? Corrected the Credt Card pay your loan issue, but still seems a VERY antiquated app. Also can’t shut off the “watch out for scammers” bubble that comes up every time I login.Show lessDeveloper Response
