  • Please Streamline to All Accounts Page!

    It’s been months or longer since rearrangement —still forcing to click “no thanks on a tour.” In original app I appreciated seeing all balances without having to choose from the list. Also, on reviewing transaction detail, cannot simply “go back.” It takes you out! Have to tap to go back in to resume. I never used apps lower than 4 stars, and looked forward to seeing VISA details in one app. Waiting for original version of accts app at least, and the all-in-one. I wrote and called to ask for it back. One CSR explained advantage of new VISA app: the on/off switch, which is smart. Overall, however, too much clicking.

  • Terrible

    This app, as well as the credit card app, is atrocious. Balances are never correct. Even if you pay off a credit card it takes about a week for the funds to post. In the mean time they are pulled from your account but there is no record of the payment until they process it. If you make a mistake there is no convenient way to resolve it with out making a phone call.

    The old app was much more accurate and easier to use. Processing took around the same amount of time but you could Atleast see your credit card payment pending. With this app they intentionally make is ambiguous in order to collect more credit card fees.

    We are seriously considering dropping United fcu because of this app alone.

  • Wonderful tool for living outside the country

    As a resident of Mexico I keep my pension coming into United Federal Credit Union. I have my health insurance reimbursements automatically deposited in my main account. Frequently I received checks in dollars that I can easily deposit using my smart phone and it’s camera. I use the App called Wise to take dollars out of my account and deposit it in pesos in my Mexican bank account. This UFCU App is a godsend for me and my wife.
