I can’t say what can or can’t do. Hell the app is useless, when you can’t login. And the login format is different from the online login, using a browser.
Browser > email + password = works
App > cell # + password = don’t work

What makes the app useful if you can’t even activate an account? I was hoping to be able to access my policy documents through the app but can’t even login. This should really be fixed!melebeemellow

Piece of garbage app does not work. Can’t even activate an account. It implies you will receive an activation code by asking for your cellphone no. but nothing ever happens. How can a major company put out a completely useless app. Hire somebody who knows what they’re doing! Unfortunately I can’t give this zero stars so I have it the next lowest 1Show lessOut and about1000
