  • Great app, but

Please add screen rotation support to portrait mode! Otherwise it’s perfect!
  • Keeps taking me the least efficient way

Ive been playing with this for a few days to take me to locations I already know how to get to. Each location it always takes me what is consider the long way to places. Taking me directly thru congested towns instead of the highway that is much faster. I’ve double checked that avoid highways is off and motorcycle is chosen with fastest route. Both Apple Maps and google maps take me the correct path on the highway but this app and device just forces me to have to put in multiple stops just to go the proper way to locations. As of now I don’t feel I can recommend this to other riders because of everything stated above. Regretting my purchase but currently is best thing to not have phone on handle bars.

  • More eye candy than helpful..

In theory the beeline is a great thing, simplify the navigation process. Application brings a bit of frustration as navigation mistakes are easy to make without actually having the complete route on the phone in front of you. I found myself off route and had to refer to the map to regain my heading. Perhaps with more use I’d learn to be more proficient with it but at this point it more of a cool gadget than it is helpful.

  • Fantastic- Beeline Moto 2

I cannot believe how well rounded this product is. Tried different navigation systems and phone apps before. This device does not clutter your handle bars nor your mind or attention. It displays what you need to know at the moment and what is coming next. That’s all you need to know while riding. Now did a permanent install as part of the dash. Will get two more Moto 2’s for my other bikes. May even upgrade to the Plus subscription for which you only pay when you have you riding season.

  • Works for me!

Finally a cycling routing app I can quickly improvise a route in my city and be somewhat confident I’m using routes cyclists will actually prefer. I can also import GPX routes I build with Ride With GPS and easily navigate them with my Beeline Velo thingy.

Sometimes the GPX route import will end up a little bit different from the original as cycling maps will disagree on which routes are possible, but in general it works great.

  • Could be better for road usage.

The navigation could be better. Please give turn directions at least 500ft before the turn. While riding on a motorcycle it can be difficult to safely turn when you are given the turn direction at 50feet before the turn. The final destination dot sometimes is misleading when the roads do not go in straight lines to the final destination.

  • Made me order a beeline moto 2

Been seeing a lot of ads for the moto 2 and really loved the idea. Thought I would check out the app first. I like how you can get the app for free and have plenty of functionality without a subscription or buying a device. I loved how you can draw out your route super easy and save it for later I love connecting obscure backroads to get to places and this app is perfect for that. I ordered a moto 2 after seeing how well the app works because the device is only as good as the app its running off of. I go back and forth weekly for work about 150 miles one way if you take a quick route. It will be fun creating all kinds of fun different routes so I never get bored.

  • Great navigation aid - especially when you want an adventure

Been using the Beeline moto for over a year now. I use to plan rides and record a journey.

The biggest selling point for me is its simplicity - I’m doing the NC 500 - I load in all my waypoint and set off - if I see something I like and go in a different direction - Beeline
just points me in the right direction to get me back on track after my mini adventure.

Also great for importing GPX data.

The only thing missing is a shared destination feature - for group riding // not tracking just shared routes that update if the destination or waypoints change then all sharing get updated automatically - so you can see where you need to be without having to listen to intercom chatter.

Great product - great battery life - great app.

  • Good product

I like your product, sometimes it shows wrong speed or my point on the path, but overall it's great product!
I would be happy to see more features in the app. Especially komoot integration and ability to start saved route in reverse way.
  • Great when you get used to it.

I don’t get to ride much these days so look forward to that pointless but enjoyable ride to nowhere and back. My wife bought me the Beeline metal version for a Xmas gift so decided to give it a go, I’ve been out using the Beeline for a few journeys and I have to say when you get used to it’s funny ways it’s quite the tool. I missed a few turnings on a route to our daughters but the way the Beeline took me was magic to say the least, put my A2B destination and selected fun to avoid as much motorway and long A roads and it didn’t disappoint. Yes you can do it the same with a phone and G maps but why shake a £1500 phone around? Anyway, very happy with the overall performance, style, and ease of use, ten out of ten from me.
