Doesn’t work with iPhone
I set my destination along with the alarm and the location doesn’t get updated. Sometimes I will be notified long after I arrive at my destination after I had forgotten that I set the alarm. This worked really well with Galaxy devices but on iPhones it is not working as designed.
New update is bad
Why the update become not foreign friendly? The English translation is gone . This is become useless for us to use . Anyway I no longer recommend this app to anyone who is not Korean . There’s other subway app that support foreigners help them get around here in South Korea .
Missed opportunity
I have used this app for quite some time and recently came back to Korea only to find they have made some terrible changes to the English version. The only thing is English is the station name on the map and basic menu options. No longer can you get directions in English nor search in English. What is the point in having English as a language option if it doesn’t work fully? Even with the English version you need to know and understand Korean on a lower to intermediate level. Go find yourself a better app people.

Garbage app
More than half the times I’ve used it. The schedules are wrong and the train goes in complete different route. Plus they decided to take the English language off it which makes no sense either.

I used to love this app
I used to love this app and used it all the time while I lived in Korea a little over a year ago. It literally allowed me to explore the country and fall in love with it. I came back recently for a visit and found that this app no longer supports English like it used to. I don’t know why the powers that be decided to make this change, but it’s a real bummer. Please bring the ability to search stations in English back!!

Searching in English is still broken
The rest of the app settings are in English but you now have to search for station names in hangul it’s been this way for over 2 months now

necessity for traveling in korea
used this almost every day for when i traveled from around seoul this summer, always accurate, easy to find routes and times, you can search stations but i don’t find it necessary to👍 like how it shows you the first train and last train of the day and shows you which routes are fastest or have least transfers. never had any issues with the app. and to any tourists keep in mind travel in korea in general will likely be difficult if you don’t even try to learn hangul before going, korea is not a very english speaking country still. stops have both the korean and english spelling listed so it’s still possible to navigate without knowing korean.
