I would rate 0 stars if I could. I downloaded this app to pay someone, having purchased books from them on Facebook marketplace.
The fees were extortionate. I paid £58 for the books. No books ever came. I messaged Neteller, would said they don’t provide refunds. I explained that their initial information when you signed up didn’t express that. They responded to my email saying ‘we have already resolved this issue,’ and nothing else.
I was told using apps that charged payment protection fees were safer than bank transfer. The joke is, had I paid via bank transfer, I’d of had a better chance of getting my money back.

Very poor service
I wanted to trade on FBS trader and they mentioned free transfer from NETELLER. So I deposited 40£ . When I tried to deposit it kept failing. So I tried to withdraw money but it only allows 8.11£ at one time with a fee of 3% . That means I can’t withdraw all the money in one time and will lose huge amount as fee. Such scam. Don’t get stuck like me.Show lesssunita baliyan
