Relaid problem
I’ve had the app for 2 years and it’s been great. Just lately the app kept reloading but after asking the technical support team they helped to solve the issue. Many thanks guys 🙂

When my subscription didn’t renew I sent a message to CamperStop.
I was very impressed by the speed and politeness of the response. My problem was quickly resolved and they even checked that everything was working for me. You don’t often get service like that today.

To begin with the map wasn’t working as it should but after an email the response was very quick and the app was working again within two days. I am sure we will find the app very helpful.

Had difficulties
Despite having an annual membership the app doesn’t recognise me when I open it asking each time whether I would like to pay….I have paid! The app only becomes usable after I go through the log-in process twice and ignore the requests to pay.
Eventually it works. It’s OK, but I can probably live without it and use other apps like Park4Night which are seamless and simpler to get at.

Brilliant Very Informative
I love this app been using it for a few years now.
(Even through the pandemic) let’s you plan ahead.
Combine it with Google earth and town/city/ village websites and you got the full picture.
The only down fall to the app is it has no accessibility information, and I wish it would allow users to recommend places of interest surrounding the sites. So much to see so many places to go.
Saying that still worth the money.

Invaluable motorhoming app
Have been using this app for the last three years. We have travelled extensively throughout Europe and find it very reassuring to be able to go to the app and find places to stop. It is nice to know what facilities are available in advance. Their customer support is also very good. Quick to respond and fix a minor problem I had with my account

Keeps trying to new when already paid
Very annoying. Keeps asking to renew your subscription even though you have already paid it! A bit of a scam. Very difficult to use, prefer park4night night. A very difficult app to use, very annoying at times. Search for Sites and Park 4 Night much more user friendly and easier to use.

Brilliant customer service!
I’ve used this app for some years but recently it kept telling me I hadn’t paid for renewal when I had. I contacted the staff at the app and they couldn’t have been more helpful, giving me clear and concise steps to take and what info to send if that didn’t work. I sent them the info and they sorted it out completely and have been really supportive. Well done, guys and gals !!

Useful and accurate
I have used this app in the UK and Spain to good effect. The information about the camperstops is accurate and updated as far as I have experienced and the app itself is very easy to use. The back-up manual is useful in areas of low connectivity. If you have problems with your licence, in the first instance click on the management button and follow the stages appropriate to you. If you still have no luck, then email the team and they will reply within a couple of days.
