Thank you so much for your help in getting my app to work correctly. We have been using Camperstop book for many years and find it invaluable. We first heard of you through vicarious books. We then decided to try the app and initially didn’t find it as good as the book. But with perservance and your help We are getting there! We really like Camperstop as usually there stopovers are quieter and not too many other Motorhomes are using them. They are usually lovely places and the explanations are clear and concise. We are naughty in the fact, we tend to keep the locations to ourselves to ovoid hordes of other Motorhomes turning up at the same time. Keep up the good work. Christine Ansell

Camperstop

A really useful app. Especially helpful when travelling through a country to reach a destination a long way away. Many are free and the others are reasonably priced.

Our guide to so many places

We spent 7 weeks in Europe this past summer and the combination of the Camperstop book and the app was great. We used them for almost every place we wanted to visit and as has been said before, I loved the fact that when we were close by,I could take the directions from the app to take us right to the entrance of the site.
We stayed beside sea walls, in marinas, in leafy pastures and on well organised sites with good facilities. We have a large motorhome and tow a small car on a trailer behind it. It was important for us to see photos of the size of the pitches and we were always able to guarantee that we would fit.
We will never travel in Europe again without using Camperstop. Thank you

Excellent support

I had problems accessing my app and so I contacted the Camperstop “ helpline “ . The response was very quick with a number of suggestions on how to remedy the problem alongside a request for information so that the helpline could also assist from their end . It only took a few days before I was able to access the app again . All in all , first class support from Camperstop.

Great-App

Recommend to get this, had an issue with my second device and reported this, the feedback and communication was absolutely first class, thank you. Issue resolved went away using the App and it worked perfectly. Highly recommended. Thank you for efforts that you have put into this fabulous App.

First Class Technical Help

I purchased this app a few days ago. It’s a great app which will certainly help us with our travels into Europe.

Initially I had difficulty setting up the app correctly on my second device. However, by email I received very quick and detailed advice on how to resolve the issue.
Well done Camperstop !

Good app - trouble with login resolved by developer

Purchased the book and activated the app - but it didn’t allow access despite trying to log in multiple times and reinstalling app. Developer has now resolved this issue and I am now able to use the app OK.

Very poor

I’ve been touring the highlands in Scotland and the Isle of Skye and many Camperstops are not listed on here. I’ve found one that’s a member of the caravaning and camper club that is not listed in here and a main campsite at the base of Ben Nevis.
I’d like a refund because I’ve only had it two days and to cancel my subscription it says to come to the App Store which is what I’ve done and that’s not straight forward.
It’s easier to google search for camp sites.

Great little App and fantastic customer support.

I purchased this App on recommendation and it is a great little buy.
I had issues with it working on one of my devices but after making contact I received fantastic customer customer and very quick responses to all my communication and the situation was resolved in no time. Due to head to Europe this year and looking forward to putting it to good use whilst away. Hope to see lots more stops added in the future.
