  • Can’t cancel directly

This app does not meet my needs but there isn’t a way to cancel through the app or online. I had saved the emails welcoming me so I called the number and it sounded like an answering service. She said someone would get back to me in 3 days. Not good service.
  • Not working

So, I can’t upload a photo. I get an oops something went wrong every time I try. Yes, I did the update.
I wish this app was configured to either Apple Health or Apple Products like scales watches etc.

Tried to watch a meal prep video and it says I don’t have enough storage. And storage is spelled Strage. So, I do not have a lot of confidence in this app and I just downloaded yesterday.

  • My biggest complaint

I’m supposed to track my water intake. At around 7 pm, all the water intake is recorded on the next day, so to get an accurate water intake I have to go back a day, but it has to happen once to know it’s that time. You cannot delete water intake! So I can’t record the next day until I’ve gotten past what came from the day previous. Mostly it’s just frustrating.

  • Useful app but then charges you after 2 months

App itself is useful but after 2 months stopped working and suspended my profile, saying I have to pay to continue using it. There was no warning of this in the App Store or when signing up - it’s meant to be a free app!
  • Question

I can’t get the screen to create an account. Who can help?
  • Could not get thru covid without it

VHPGO has provided both emotional and physical support for me during covid. Between workouts that could be done in my apartment to tips on finding self love and balance again and awesome recipes with less than 5 ingredients it has been a lifesaver
  • Love it!

Great for all my health goals. Love all the new updates and features.
  • Needs updating

The app could really use sone updates, need to be able to track exercise and should be able to link Apple health to track steps. At a minimum you should be able to add them manually.
