    My hubby and I did the surgery together and yes the app everyday since before surgery. It works great for tracking our food intake but also transferring workout information from my smart watch to track my exercise as well. What’s frustrating is that not all foods are scanning. Some name brand diet foods that should be included are not, so scanning them to make a recipe is impossible. Then to do a search for an item even remotely close to what I’m using takes forever and then unless you get lucky the recipes nutritional value still isn’t accurate…it’s more of a best guesstimate!! If they’d update name brand diet foods into the app it would be much more effective for post surgery upkeep of nutritional values to help maintain weight loss.

  • Recipe/Meal Builder needs enhancements

    I find this app easy to use for tracking individual food items, however, it falls short when creating meals. The worst part about it, is that after taking the time to enter all of the ingredients and saving the recipe/meal, you can’t edit it. So if you make an error or tweak it the next time you make it, you have to re-enter the entire recipe and save with a new name. This is a major defect for anyone that cooks their own meals and it’s daunting to add meals, which means that there is a higher chance of customers not actually tracking meals that needs to be built. It’s a missed opportunity all around. That is also an important tool for learning how to optimize meals by tweaking and seeing the resultant macros. Please fix this.

    Thank you for the feedback. You can actually edit your recipe. Please use the help button in the app if you need support. We are however, working on some improvements to the recipe section which will launch in 2024.
