Is it good to track?
If I could change anything it would be around logging of exercise. I’d like to add say 50 squats for example and the app doesn’t always catch up with my steps on my Apple watch.

As far as our exercise logging, we’ve passed on your comments of expanding this feature to our Development team. For all steps to be counted correctly in our app, the following two requirements must be met: In Arise’s settings, there must be a check next to Apple Health app. In Apple Health app (with the white icon and the heart inside), access must be granted to Arise. You can find Arise under 'Sources' and change the settings there. We hope that this was helpful to you!
