*Update* Easy to use with cloud backup & PC version
Was looking for an app to catalogue my vinyl collection. It’s easy to use and I especially like the ability to create and name the fields that are needed for the database you create I have had a couple of occasions when the app had a hiccup but found logging out & back in again resolved it. To make it even better would like the ability to add more than one image to a record and also be able to crop the image taken within the app At present I take the photo with the phone camera and crop the image then upload image within the app
*Update* I added a large number of items and constantly synched with the cloud as I did Opened the app a day later to find two databases were missing, no problem I thought I can restore from the cloud, well the missing databases didn’t restore and are now presumably lost for ever I had also installed the PC version of the app and when I checked the same day the missing databases were there, great I won’t have to add all the items again Checked the PC version again next and both databases were missing from there too ! The app showed initial promise but is clearly not worth the effort to record items as the databases go missing for no apparent reason & cannot be restored from the cloud

Frustrating
I loved this app at first and had everything organized. Then I would go back to check a list of items I wanted, and a message comes up “Missing Page Sources!” This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. I spent a lot of time on my lists, and now I can’t view them. I’m searching for a new lists app!

Need to fix issues.
Freezes all the time. Looses data. Not reliable at all. Have to keep deleting and reloading. Not recommend

Nice set up, but freezes constantly or comes up blank. Would be excellent if fixed.

Best free option out there.
This is by far the best free app to track your collections. I looked everywhere for a free app to track my Simpsons action figures collection and I couldn’t find one that was free and fully customizable like this one.

Brilliant App
Fantastic little App and PC program that is so easy to use. It took me all of 5 minutes to work out the system and now I have a record of my collections to help me alleviate buying repeat items.

This is fantastic. It has apps in Windows, Android and iOS. It’s free. It is highly customizable. It syncs between versions. It’s what I’ve been looking for. Thank you so much to the app developer. You’ve made me a very happy lady.

I showed the ap at a Scouting patch collectors event and many more were excited about flexibility. Only draw back observed is the loading time when searching collection. Would be great to search with images off and when search complete turn them on to view. Loading hundreds of images on a search is a challenge.
