Great app works well never stalls or freezes - and aesthetically looks good
My upgraded purchase is not working
Yesterday I purchased the upgrade but each time I try to use it, I get the purchase upgrade screen. When I hit purchase it tells me I already have purchased but does not let me do anything. Please help. I would much rather have the app than a refund.

Great if your kid loses the remote!
This app has saved my sanity SO many times. I've literally gotten to the point where I have to tether the remotes to something to avoid one of my kids losing them. Well, they also know how to un-tether them. So when that happens, not often thank goodness, I can still work the TV's with this app until the remote is found.
It's also been good for a chuckle a time or two. I've used it to change channels and pause the tv when someone is watching. They think the TV is possessed or something. LOL! But always good to stop before they start to get mad. 🤪

Literally, this makes my life so much easier I always know where my phones at. I cannot keep up with my remote at all, and it does literally everything that you need to when I tried to make me pay for it, but I did not want to. it was expensive, but I found this app and it was pricing. It was not expensive at all, you don’t have to pay for it is the best stuff that I’ve ever had

Poor business practice
I already had the app fully paid for there was a bug in it so I deleted it as it recommended. When you deleted it to re-download it since you already own the software, you should be able to reinstall it when your device with this company, not the case, when you go to reinstall it surprise surprise here comes a new bill stating that you have to purchase this item yet again or as they stated, do a free trial. First of all, not that they care but they lost a customer. I will never recommend them to anybody. There are many ways to get remotes. It was convenient yes but there are many options to be able to also download a Roku remote to my phone just sad to get money

If you reinstall the app, simply go to the Settings tab, and tap Restore Purchases. This will restore access to your premium features.

Problem with connecting
I’m having trouble with the app, I’ve used it for years until recently and never had issues until now, the app isn’t connecting to the device I’ve used it to control for such a long time already, I don’t understand, I’ve used the help options in app and research online to no avail, I cannot find support for my issue, I’ve updated my phone updated the app turned it off and one, turned router off and on and deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing works, other people in my house with the app still have access but I don’t
