This calculator is an awesome tool for prospecting. I’ve used the 10b for 35 years.
As a mortgage professional, I have been asked thousands of math questions. What’s my payment ? What interest rate am I paying now? If I shorten my term how much can I borrow? Amortization schedules, or simply cost per thousand dollars borrowed. It allows me to text the amortization information to my perspective clients, thus giving me their cell number and building my reputation!

Perfect for HP 10b fans
I still have my old HP 10b from college, and it's awesome. I need one to take with me all the time, so I bought this. I was hesitant, since the reviews for the actual HP 10bii+ are mostly negative.

Atrocious UI
This is standard math, the expectation form an $7 app is to make its easy for a lay person to use and not have to use youtube videos to learn how to get an amortization schedule. I could have done that with Excel PMT. I wanted a lazy solution but this isn’t it, i wish i had not spent the money
Not the same as 10II
I wanted to hit the same keystrokes on this calculator as I do on my real calculator. That doesn’t work. It keeps open up dialog boxes that have more questions than the single input I was looking to put in. I am sure if I spent time I can figure this out, but I really just mindlessly wanted to hit the same keystrokes because my calculator was not close by. I can’t believe I paid for this when I thought it was going to be the same. How do I get my money back

Baloney ahh app
The free financial calculator in the App Store is so much better and if you’re in college, it will be the exact same as the calculator your professor will use. Don’t waste your precious money on this app unless you are an experienced finance calculator expert. Just get the free one lil bro ✌️
Small new bug
Love this app and use it every day! A new bug came in on the last update though on something small - when you try to add a percentage to a number it only adds the percentage number, not the percentage amount. Example 100+12% is 112, but the result shown is 100.12
Excellent and effective
For my work, I have a financial calculator in the mobile program I use which is great at illustrating how much growth occurs over a period of time at higher rates of return, but this one is my go to app when speaking with business owners and initial meetings with prospective clients to illustrate the impact of inflation and simple savings and investing strategies. Simple and effective. Thank you.

Excellent! Second to none!
I’ve used this app for quite a while, and I found it to be full of features that you would expect, as well as features you would not expect, such as full amortization tables. This app is very well done.

Best app ever for calculating everything

3.99 Add on feature doesn’t work and family sharing also don’t work
Please update this app to make sure add on and family sharing along with add on purchase works. Because as of right now nothing is working properly. When restore it always restore to one of the add on and not to the 3.99.
Impossible To Use
This calculator must be the least intuitive one in the App Store. I tried both the video instructions and the text instructions, which probably only made sense to the app’s developer. The text instructions could not be viewed while using the app, so I took a screenshot. The steps still made no sense and the result was…zero. No calculation had occurred. I wish I could get my money back, if nothing else to squash the nibbling thought that I’d been scammed.

Crashes everytime- never got a single answer
I downloaded this and one the very first attempt to calculate it crashed. It crashes everytime and has never worked
Shut up and just buy this financial calculator already
Don’t waste time on all the others, this is the one. I’ve spent over 30 years working the HP 10 and this is even better and leaves all the other app versions in the dust.
REAL ESTATE TRADING LICENSE COURSE
I loved this app until I got to chapter 14 and can’t do the calculations I need .. really bummed out .. I can’t calculate the amount of interest or principal paid during a term it will only show the total during a term .. it pulls up a data sheet with the info for each payment but can’t see the totals . Maybe I’m missing something .. on the real calculator you hit the ( term amount ) input and the AMORT key and the = symbol and it would pull up the amount of principal paid during that term .. had to order the handheld calculator aster all 😔

CPT and quit are not on this one at all.

If you're in real estate this is a must have app. I also love the easy modes which are easy to use wizards.
