calculations for FV, PV etc are wrong
Does Not Work
Purchased to use on my MacBook to calculate IRR/NPV problems. Half the time when trying to calculate IRR, it gives me an error. Putting the same keystrokes in on an actual calculator gives me the right answer. App does not work half the time, and would not recommend.
Do not buy, cannot do TVM correctly
This app cannot accurately solve time value of money entries. It throws answers that are wildly incorrect, verified against known keystrokes for TVM equations.
Great Financial Calculator! Highly recommend
I use this constantly and find it so helpful to not have to carry around my physical 10BII+. Seriously, this is a very cost effective solution for regular users. I’m very happy to pay a 1 time fee of around $5 or $6 especially compared to the subscription models. If I want just a “regular, free” calculator I use the one built in to my phone. Great product developers! 👏Please keep it up!

Puts the main features of a financial calculator behind a paywall. Might as well download a scientific calculator at this point
Inaccurate
Waste or money, NPV an internal rate of return formulas are inaccurate, time value of money also completely useless and innacurate
Error message regularly
Continues to throw an error message just about every time you use it. Sometimes it freezes the phone. Very glitchy, but I wish it would work properly because it’s a great concept and easier than carrying the physical calculator.
Errors
IRR error when using the CFj key and I putting 0 for multiple cash flow. My hp10bii+ does not give me this error using the same keystrokes.
Also, this app freezes my iPhone entirely to the point that I have to do a hard reset. Typically happens one per day.
