  • Good App When It Works

    I like a lot of the functionality of the app, but it’s off “unable to access network” and my alerts from it are 12+ hours delayed from when they’re posted.
  • Mark off package received

    Gave 1 star as no easy way to get app support. Suggestion: would be great if as a user you could mark off yourself any packages you have collected.
  • Abusive transaction fees

    This app seems engineered to be less than clear on invoice payments. Be aware!

    Hi Shivaavtar, The app charges no fees for any transactions made within the app. All fees are defined by the payment provider used by the location you are a member of. Nexudus Team
  • Latest feels rushed out too soon

    The visual updates to v3 are very welcome, however they come with numerous bugs and issues making even core functionality of the app unusable like checking in via Bluetooth and even the patch updates are introducing new issues like button highlights causing text to be unreadable…

    Attempted to find a way to leave feedback in the app or to contact developers via support link on the App Store but nothing in app and support link just takes you to their website with no way to contact them…

    My issues with the app don’t relate to where I’m using it so I can’t expect them to provide support - why can’t users provide feedback directly to Nexudus?

  • MISSING CALENDAR INFO

    I like to see who is using the space I reserved before and after me. I had to search several times to figure out where to alter the date/time - it’s not obvious.
    Also I would’ve appreciated an email or posting to inform me that the entire format was changing.
  • I can’t change the language

    For some reason when I downloaded the app, it is in Norwegian and there’s no settings exposed to change this. While you can kind of guess what everything means… it’s not really helpful or easy to use.
  • Great but UI issues

    I always have issues with the keyboard blocking the send or post buttons when creating messages or posts to the feed. Makes it a real PITA to communicate sometimes.
