Very pleased

Great application. User friendly.

But the customer service is just off the chain.
By this I mean they kick ass in their prompt, precise, and concise help.

I am very pleased with buddy punch. Wish I had used it much sooner.

Punching in and out

When punching in and out this app will not punch you in all the time. It's been multiple times I start work to realize it never punched me in, same as for punching in and out for lunch. You may think you did but when it's time to punch back in. There you see that it never punched you out. Think you punched out for work. Nope you're gonna get a email saying you been punched in for 12 hours! dumb

Hello, thanks for the feedback. When punching in and out you will see a "please wait" message. Just wait till this message passes and your new punch status is shown. You might be closing the app prior to it saving. If you'd like more help please find us on live chat on our website, we are happy to assist.

PTO

Can’t see how much PTO time I have left. iOS app is useless for anything other then submitting a time card.

Hard to keep up with the pay periods

I never get paid on the dates according to the timecards...

Buggy

Please please fix the app. On the iPhone when you go to punch in manually and it pulls the keyboard up to type in the date and time the app screen stays up at the top and doesn’t bounce back and the top half gets completely cut off. Drives me insane, please fix!!!

Response: I don’t have a custom keyboard!! I wish I could send a video to show what it does. I have the standard iPhone keyboard and when I click on the time boxes the app launches my keyboard and that’s when the above happens.

Review

This is a good app for punching in and out at work. However the website and app do not always work together. What is visible on the website is not always viewable on the app. It can be a little frustrating to have to go back and forth from the app to the website to make sure something has been done correctly.

Hello! Sorry if there's any confusion, the app and website will always show the same information, but if you have both open at the same time you would have to refresh your screen to see any updates that the other made. Thanks!
