It’s only available for China not for other country’s
I bought from China, but the app in Canada no work. It’s only for 15 days.

Be aware anyone. I had 2 models of smart scales S3 Light and S3 and non of them connected to Iphone through this app. Problem is with the app. Every time I tryed to establish connection by scanning QR code the app asking me “Please establish wifi connection” before even try to connect. With S3 model app doesn’t have even option to connect via Bluetooth regardless the fact S3 model support Bluetooth connection.

Can’t use it oversea
Brought the item in China and using it in Australia. The app only has 14 days trial and locked the app. What’s the point buying the product without having the app?

Really simple to set up and to use. Within one minute of downloading the app, I had my first health report. It’s super interesting to see all the details that can be obtained just from standing on the scale!

Model Latin not included in app
I can’t use the app because my model is “Latin” (it’s an old model I think), and I couldn’t find the packaging because it’s been years since I bought scale. Which means I can’t even use the scale. This is so stupid

Inaccurate Measurements
The scale is well made, app is easy to install, and taking measurements using your phone works well. Problem is- the measurement data is inaccurate. The material that comes with the scale says it can not accurately measure body fat if you are young, old, sick, fat, or if you exercise regularly. So, if you’re sitting around trying to maintain/lose body fat only through dieting this scale/app is for you! App developer says there’s a beta version available for those who exercise 10 hours a week or more. But to receive the download you have to send in a screenshot of the app display(wouldn’t work) and a photo of yourself (not happening). Nice product concept, wish it worked!

无法正常更新，删掉重新下载之后居然不能用微信登录了。之前的记录怎么办？
