Need to fix the glitch
Bought the scale and downloaded the app but it’s telling me that I only have 24 days access to the app and that it is not available in my country. I have contacted them and got no response

Can’t connect with BP monitor
I love the mini scale. All this data, who knows if it’s accurate but it has been great to look at while I participated in a six pack challenge. Loved it so much I bought the blood pressure monitor. However, the BP monitor, when I scan the QR code on the back, doesn’t work. I can only connect with the wechat mini program and look at my trends and result there. Which is ok, but I would much rather have it connect to the app. I guess one consideration is that I bought both the scale and the BP monitor on Taobao in China. And because I use the US App Store I had to use a VPN and download the US/English App. But the scale connected just fine. Why doesn’t the BP Monitor???

使用体验极差！也不准！千万别买！
无端锁了设备！除了称重功能外，其它功能都不能用。
只能通过邮件或app内信息申诉解锁，自称3个工作日内解决，但过去一周了都没有任何音信！问题也没有解决。而再次申诉的按钮切是灰色不能用的。
最要命的是，即使只剩称重功能，也极其不靠谱！第一次，数字变了一分钟，然后就没了？？？！！！休息一会儿第二次，倒很快出数字了；但休息一会儿第三次，居然比第二次的轻了1公斤；带着狂喜来第四次，再比第三次又轻了1公斤？？？！！！呵！！！
好吧，我自认倒霉，不过身边朋友买体脂秤我都会分享我的使用体验，帮助避坑。连自己本分都做不好的产品和公司，就没有存在的道理。

App does not work
Terrible. Despite multiple emails/evidence of purchase of product from an approved supplier, the app remains locked and no feedback received as to why it is locked. As a result the body fat scale does not work.
I hate this scale
The data is inaccurate. I am not sure what the algorithm is but if I work out every day and gain muscle the muscle percentage goes down. The body fat calibration is all over the place and what I really hate is the DR S feature that scolds you as you work on being more “healthy” it assumes that one isn’t working out or eating healthy. Sometime the analysis comes in an Asian language. The more I use this scale the more I hate it.

Честно скажу , что набрал вес за последний год , и решил специально взять именно picooc.
И что я скажу , красивые , быстрые , приложение удобное , в «Здоровье» автоматно заносит - это плюс.
То что пишут , мол не достоверно , ну везде есть погрешность , чтобы отследить общее состояние - рекомендую !

Why do I have to fill in Ethnicity?
The app kept asking me ethnicity every time I open and use it. I understand it may help you to optimize some calculations. However I am more focused on my weight and I don’t want to tell the ethnicity. Is there any way to bypass it instead of cancel the page every time I use the app?
Accuracy of data and Export
Nice product and app.
Need more info on accuracy of data for people who exercise daily.
Also the ability to export ALL data to a google sheet/csv.
